UT theoretical chemistry code forum

The source for the Bader code has been modified so differently formatted cube files can now be read. Previously the code assumed the cube file to have exactly the same format as a cube file from Gaussian. This caused problems for other users, like people using Dacapo.

All executable on the wbe site have been updates, as well as the source available from the same site or our CV depository.
