Downloading mkbdrpro.pl

Dear Developers.
I'm attempting to download mkbdrpro.pl and am seeing "Internal Server" errors. After seeing this with my browsers, I tried wget, and am still seeing the problem.
% wget http://theory.cm.utexas.edu/vtsttools/d ... kbdrpro.pl
