Pd magnetic, MAGMOM?!

Hi.
I'm study spin excitation with tight-binding, and I calculated the magnetic moment of the Pd in VASP
and it is magnetic!!!
Can I use the MAGMOM less than 1 in INCAR?
If I use 0, the system is paramagnetic.
If I use 1, the system is ferromagnetic, with a big magnetic moment .
I will like see the polarizability of the Pd with Ni atoms adsorbed.
