How to visualize AtIndex.dat and BvIndex.dat?

what is meaning of atomic volume index and bader volume index? After running bader -p Atom_index or bader -p bader_index, I got Atindex.dat and BvIndex.dat respectively . How to visualize them? I have used VMD to visualize BvAtxxxx.dat and Bvolxxxx.dat. Since AtIndex.dat and BvIndex are similar file, I am thinking, I can visualize them with VDM too? But I am getting nothing, in this case. Can you please, what software should I use for this? if it is VDM how to ?

Hi Mukesh,

If you change the name of the files to CHGCAR, you should be able to load them with any program that can load charge density files. VMD and Vesta are two possible options.
