I am testing some vasp examples, but in all cases the OUTCAR file stop in this line:

Maximum index for non-local projection operator number 1269 (the number changes depending on the system)

I was reading the manual, and I thought it was related to the maximum number of grid-points, however even changing the IRMAX parameter, I still get the same error.

Could please help me out

I don't think that this problem could have anything to do with finding transition states. (and I have no idea what the problem is)
