Problem retreiving Boinc account password

I had this problem as well, but as my team is just one to make me aware of new projects, not my real team, I just created another account, and my BOINC-wide is now just sitting there.
Because this happens from time to time, my email and user name are different on BOINC-wide, so my CPID was not in danger.

This is a common problem for new projects. It usually is a problem with the project mail server set up.

You can test it yourself. Go to your account, set your community settings to alert you immediately by email. Then have someone send you a PM. If you don't get a notice, your email server is broken.
