convergence with dimer calculations

hi, everyone

I do a dimer calculation for ethylene epoxidation, but find the convergence of dimer calculation is
very slow. I check the DIMCAR file as :

I changed some parameters, e.g.
EDIFF=1E-7
DRotmax=10
IOPT=1.
But, I cann't get a convergence results still.
which parameter is determinant in my case?
I will be appreciated for your any suggestion.

Sounds good; what was the solution? Your initial parameters looked pretty reasonable.
