I can look into this. I should say, however, that we have not supported or used this code to do the bader projections directly inside vasp and so please use this with caution. If you can see a sensible to fix this bug (which I suspect has been introduced because of changes to vasp version) please do so and I can either give you access to the svn repo to make the appropriate changes or I can make them.
